Updated shop policies
I’ve recently updated my shop policies to make expectations for customers clearer about their purchases. These updates are designed to keep things transparent, fair, and focused on plant health first, as well as customer satisfaction with any purchases.
Shipping
Shipments will now go out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by the end of the business day. Every order also includes an upgraded 40-hour heat pack by default, and you can purchase additional 72hr heat pack protection at your own discretion (especially during cold weather events over the winter).
Refunds and replacements
To protect my collection and other customers’, returns are not accepted on plants due to contamination risk.
Orders of singular items we have in stock (such as rare orchids) are eligible for refund only. Standard listings allow you to choose either a refund or replacement; if a replacement is needed due to a carrier issue, the buyer covers the replacement shipping cost (not the plant itself). One-off novelty items are refundable only.
I offer a live arrival guarantee and cover plants for seven days from the carrier’s delivery date. If a plant arrives deceased, photo proof is required in order to process a refund or replacement. Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs, as buyers select their shipping method and assume the associated transit risk. Customers will also pay replacement shipping at this time.
Order cancellations
I accept order cancellations up to time of shipment, which occurs Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays, per the Shipping section above. Submit a contact form or message me on Etsy.
