Shipping

  • Orders ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (end of day).

Cold months

  • A 40-hour heat pack is included in every package during the Winter months.
  • 72-hour heat packs are available for $4 each.

Live Arrival Guarantee (up to 7 Days from Carrier Delivery Date)

  • Photo proof of a dead plant is required for a refund or replacement.
  • If you’re unsure about your plant’s health, send photos and I’m happy to help with recovery support.

Refund & Replacement

  • Returns are not accepted due to contamination risk.
  • Refunds do not include shipping costs. Buyers select their shipping method and assume shipping risk.
  • Specials: refund or replacement available. If the issue is carrier-related, buyer pays replacement shipping (not the plant cost).
  • Novelties (items for which I only have one in stock): refund only.

  • I accept order cancellations up to time of shipment. Submit a contact form or message me on Etsy.
